We inherited a MESS from the previous owners of our house. We have had two other local companies out and neither found the issue. One did but they didn’t want to say anything because the issue was so bad and are friend with this company. Called Ascend/JMS and they came out the next day. They got to the root of the problem very quickly (which funny enough roots, gigantic ones had our main plugged for a long time) and a mess of other issues with one of the clean outs pouring sewage under our house then to the back yard. Sent five guys out from 8-5 and got most of it done and will be back Monday due to the cold weather. They have all been super professional, courteous about not trampling yuck stuff on my floor because they always put shoe covers on (which I appreciate very much and the other two companies did not) overall a great experience so far.
